The Application Forms of the college can be collected personally or by post on payment of a fee as regulated by the office.

Requirement documents

Duly filled and signed application form
Personal testimony and commitment to service (about 200 words)
Pastor’s recommendation letter from the local church
Recommendation letter from the Executive Secretary/ Bishop
Duly filled and signed financial guarantee form by the sponsor
Duly filled and signed medical fitness certificate
Baptism Certificate (photocopy)
Marriage certificate (if married)
Letter from the employee (if previously employed)
Letters of recommendation from two Teachers, under whom you studied for your B.D. (for M.Th only)

Photocopies of the following documents:

Birth Certificate or class 10th Admit Card

10+2 Marksheet and Admit Card

10+ 2 Pass Certificate

BA/ B.COM/ B.Sc - Marksheet and Degree Certificate from the University for mater course
