Why Study in Loyalist College, Belleville

Established in 1967, Loyalist College began its operation in a local high school and a year later, the college moved to its permanent home alongside Wallbridge-Loyalist Road. A couple of years later, owing to the demand for more space and resourceful teaching led to the construction of the Lennox and Addington Wing to house the School of Technology and Retraining. Loyalist College was founded as part of a provincial initiative to create many such institutions to provide career-oriented diploma and certificate courses, as well as continuing education programs to Ontario communities.
